Banana bread! I love the recipe from b/c, as suggested, you can reduce sugar by half & it's still delicious. (I like to I use dark brown sugar.)

I'm grateful for over-ripe bananas, a tried-and-true recipe, time this morning to bake, and an easy, quick breakfast for my kids the next couple of mornings. (I also love that I have a compost bin for the peels.)
